Sir,

With due respect I would like to inform you that I could not pay my  school fees in time for the month of March 2018 because my father was away from home. Now he has returned home. So I am in a position to pay my dues.

I, there for, hope that you would be kind to remit my delay fine and accept the usual fees only.
