Early Rising
Early rising is the habit of getting up from bed
early in the morning. It is a very good habit. It is essential and good for
health. The man who rises early in the morning takes some exercises or a walk in
the morning fresh air by the river side or in the open field. The morning air
refreshes both body and mind. Then the air is full of oxygen. An early riser can
enjoy the beauty of nature in the early morning. He can hear the chirping of
birds in the morning. It can make his mind cheerful and healthy. An early riser
gets enough time to do his work either in study on in other work. An early
riser has many advantages. He can start his daily work earlier. He can earn
more and become wealthy.
A later riser is always
in hurry. He cannot do more work. So he lags behind in the race of life. On the
other hand, a late riser loses his health. He always feels unwell. So the habit
of early rising is the source of health, wealth and wisdom. There is the old
saying:-“Early to bed and early to rise, Makes a man healthy, wealthy and
wise.” So, everybody should practice early rising.
